Terms governing use of the Guns&Ammo marketplace platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use Guns&Ammo. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Guns&Ammo Is

Guns&Ammo is a marketplace where users list items and contact each other.

Guns&Ammo is not the buyer or seller in user transactions.

Guns&Ammo does not process buyer-to-seller payments on behalf of sellers.

You must be 18 years or older to use the platform.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Sellers are responsible for their listings, including accuracy, ownership, and legal compliance.

Buyers are responsible for checking details before they proceed with a transaction.

All users must follow applicable South African laws and regulations, including laws related to firearms, ammunition, and transfers.

We may remove listings, limit accounts, or suspend access where there is rule-breaking, fraud risk, safety concern, or legal risk.

Moderation does not mean Guns&Ammo guarantees a listing or user.

Any dispute about payment, delivery, condition, transfer, refund, or warranty is between buyer and seller.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Guns&Ammo is provided "as is" and is not liable for losses arising from user transactions or platform use.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
